Located in Enumclaw, the OLM business office and shop are nestled behind the owner’s home. Once a farmstead, the existing buildings provide historic architectural interest, juxtaposed by a contemporary landscape design which pulls from historic design principles. Providing an opportunity for the business (a landscape construction company) to display its skill in landscape construction and detailing, this design acts as a showroom of outdoor spaces to peak clients’ interest and enable them to imagine the potential of their own space. Design features include:

- Formal reflection pond with orb fountains w/ small patio for reflection pond respite
- Stylized meadow side-yard with hexagon paver, sauna with low deck and small patio
- Outdoor dining space with Hanso pergola and water/fire feature
- Entry plaza with herringbone paving and Corten planters
- Fire pit with build in seating and large paver/lawn integration
- Linear plaza with water curtain island
- Lounge area with water/fire feature wood pergola and day bed swing
