This small neighborhood development located in the unincorporated area of North Creek, Snohomish County, combines stormwater management and recreational space. The neighborhoods small community park fits atop a stormwater detention vault, and includes a loop path, open lawn, picnic table, benches and small children’s play area. Brenda assembled design, permit and construction documents for the neighborhood’s streetscape, front yard and community park.
